Key Responsibilities: Support implementation of an annual programme of Statutory and Mandatory training. Work closely with the Learning Technologist to ensure the integrity of data in MTW Learning. Engage and work with relevant staff across the Trust to analyse their compliance data and design fit for purpose solutions to meet their requirements and KPIs. Develop organisational initiatives in collaboration with colleagues relating to Trust culture and staff engagement with statutory and mandatory training. Provide leadership to the Learning Administrators, providing coaching and mentoring support when required. Work with HR colleagues to identify interventions required to support Managers in business operations and performance management related to Statutory and Mandatory training activities. Work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure a schedule of training is provided that is sufficient to meet demand and fit for purpose. Monitor the performance of external suppliers commissioned to provide statutory and mandatory training to ensure they are meeting contractual requirements.
