What's it like working for Bury MHST? We are very proud to have been finalists for Pennine Care Awards 2024 Team of the Year. The below statements have been provided by Bury MHST staff: At Bury MHST, we are a close-knit group of hard-working people with a big focus on staff wellbeing. Bury MHST is a great team to work for, everyone is kind, supportive, and friendly. There's not a single person in the team I wouldn't be able to approach for help and support (both professionally and personally). I think we're all wonderful at putting CYP voice at the heart of our decision-making and we all go above and beyond to be an advocate for the CYP we work with (e.g., school-based problem solving, signposting/advice giving). We're a creative bunch! Always looking for new and creative ways to improve our offer. We receive high-quality supervision which enables reflective practice. Daily Drop-in manager's supervision and check-in-and-chats means we always have someone to speak to and debrief - great for our wellbeing.
