Provide specialised occupational therapy assessments and interventions for patients, enhancing their ability to perform daily activities and improve quality of life. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and evaluate holistic, patient-centred treatment plans. Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Have experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team and understand the collaborative approach essential for patient care. Prior experience within the NHS is advantageous, contributing to a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare system in the UK.
