Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive mental health and well-being assessments tailored to individuals with learning disabilities. Administering prescribed medications, monitoring side effects, and evaluating their effectiveness in collaboration with medical staff. Working closely with psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and other professionals in a multidisciplinary team. Continuously assessing and documenting changes in patients' mental health and behaviour. Qualifications and Requirements: Fully enhanced valid DBS Must have Mental Health Nursing degree. 12 months post qualification experience required.
