Showroom Host & Marketing Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a professional and friendly Showroom Host & Marketing Assistant to join our Oakwood, Enfield showroom. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and proficiency in office software. Part time position: Three days per week to include every other Saturday. Flexibility to cover Estimators annual leave as and when required. Duties Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression about the showroom products and services. Full training will be provided. Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette. Manage incoming correspondence, including emails. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for Estimator. Provide clerical support to Estimator. Schedule showroom and home appointments. Provide follow up calls to prospective clients on behalf of the Estimator. Handle all Marketing including Social Media Ensure the showroom is tidy and presentable at all times. Qualifications Experience in a showroom or office administrative role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
