Oversee all aspects of the hotel operations during the Night period. Provide leadership to the night team, fostering a collaborative and guest-focused environment. Assume responsibilities for the health, safety, and security of the guests and hotel during the night period. Oversee the completion of night audits and prepare financial and operational reports. Respond promptly and professionally to any guest complaints, adhering to hotel policies and escalating as necessary. Uphold Hyatt's commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to all guests. We're seeking a professional who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your local knowledge of Manchester's vibrant culture, restaurants, and shopping areas will enhance our guests' stays. Previous experience in a similar role is essential (three to five years in a 4 or 5-star property). Qualifications:
Proficiency in Opera hotel system is mandatory. Strong IT and communication skills. Ability to manage pressure, resolve conflicts, and respond promptly to guest needs.
