You will be based at County Hall, Norwich with travel to other Trust sites where necessary.
Main duties of the job Act as the first point of contact for enquiries regarding the operational improvement work programme and resolve day-to-day problems independently. Support the development and monitoring of tools/systems to track progress and keep systems up to date. Liaise with identified leads to obtain updates and update progress reports as required. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support the management of a demanding, fast-paced action plan and communicate complex, sensitive information to key stakeholders.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Degree level qualification or equivalent level of knowledge attained through experience.
Desirable Project/Programme Management training qualification.
Experience Essential Experience of working in a programme and project management environment. Proven track record of providing high level project management support to a range of projects and programmes.
Desirable NHS/public sector experience and knowledge.
