As an Aircraft Services Supervisor, you'll be a vital part of our airport operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. As a Aircraft Services Supervisor you will be a Quality Champion and lead the way in ensuring excellence and innovation in every aspect of our operations. Responsibilities:

Support Leadership:

Assist the Duty Manager/Station Manager as needed. Oversee Operations:

Manage daily cleaning operations, ensuring customer satisfaction within budget. Customer Interaction:

Maintain close contact with customers, addressing their needs proactively. Compliance:

Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies, Ramp Awareness, Training, and Operational Excellence. Performance Review:

Monitor daily operations and report any issues to the Duty Manager/Station Manager. Team Management:

Supervise, support, and develop your team, providing necessary training. Administrative Duties:

Complete relevant tasks required by Head Office. Safety Standards:

Maintain the highest standards of safety and security at all times. The list is not exhaustive and is not intended to restrict the scope of the job but clearly define a starting point and may vary depending on location and local customer requirements. Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in staff supervision, preferably in cleaning, aviation, ground handling, or a similar industry. Skills:

Strong communication, management, and customer service skills. Ability to manage stock control and work under pressure. Physical Fitness:

Fit to work in confined spaces (aircraft) and lift heavy weights. Flexibility:

Willing to work various shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) and in inclement weather. Language Proficiency:

Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus. Driving License:

Full driving license with two years' road experience and ability to pass the airport driving test. Security Clearance:

Meet security requirements to CRC/CTC levels. UK Manual Driving Licence is an essential requirement. Why Swissport?
