The City of London Corporation (CoL) is seeking to recruit two Rough Sleeping Coordinators to complement its existing Homelessness, Prevention & Rough Sleeping Service. The Rough Sleeping Coordinator role is a key and well-established role that plays an instrumental role in the City’s ability to deliver high performing and impactful rough sleeping services to those rough sleeping in the City and beyond. The successful candidate will work closely with the Rough Sleeping Services Manager to shape and develop several newly commissioned services funded through continued grant funds from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). The candidate will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), possess an unflappable approach to competing demands, and have a proven history in managing complex issues and stakeholder relationships. The postholder will take into account the cross-government Rough Sleeping Strategy once announced, as well as the CoL Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy as reference points for developing new and improved routes into and through CoL’s commissioned and non-commissioned homelessness services. The post holder will be confident engaging in conversations with leaders from local and central government, health, enforcement, and homelessness sectors. Closing date:
