Purpose of the role As an admissions sales assistant at London Zoo, every transaction is an opportunity to make someone’s day. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and creating memorable customer experiences for all our visitors in order to generate the money for us to be able to continue to care for our animals and our ongoing conservation work. Key responsibilities: Your main role will be to support the delivery of on-site sales targets and KPIs, including Admissions sales, Car park sales, Membership sales, and Ticket scanning. You will also ensure the Admissions areas are presented to the expected standards and ensure that all published ticketing and cash handling procedures are adhered to. About You Have experience in customer service, retail, and/or admissions (previous experience of selling Membership would be an advantage). Be able to work well as part of a team, with a desire to give our guests the best possible start to their visit. Have a positive and flexible approach, being able to adapt your style and respond to visitor needs. Be available to work weekends and bank holidays.
