The Senior Squad Manager role is pivotal in leading complex, high-impact projects to align with organisational goals and deliver outstanding results. This position combines strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence to ensure successful project outcomes while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Development

Inspire and lead project teams, cultivating a high-performance culture aligned with organisational objectives.

Mentor and support team members' professional development to enhance their skills and contributions.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Anticipate and address potential challenges to sustain momentum and deliver desired outcomes.

Project Scope and Resource Management

Define and control project scope, mitigating scope creep while remaining responsive to evolving business needs.

Optimise resource allocation and scheduling for efficient project execution.

Conflict Resolution and Communication

Resolve conflicts confidently, transforming challenges into growth opportunities for both the team and stakeholders.

Maintain transparent communication channels for seamless collaboration across all parties.

Financial and Risk Oversight

Manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to protect project timelines and deliverables.

Methodology and Problem Solving

Select and apply project management methodologies tailored to specific project requirements.

Embed strategic problem-solving frameworks to enable agile and effective responses to challenges.

Proven experience managing complex projects in dynamic environments.
