Stirling Dynamics is recruiting a Graduate Electronics Engineer to join in September 2025. Due to continued growth, Stirling Dynamics is recruiting an electronics engineering graduate to join our Software and Electronics Hardware capability and progress their career with us. The graduate will have a permanent role within the Software and Electronic Hardware team and will be supported in their development through on-the-job training. The graduate will be assigned an experienced mentor who will support their development and assist them with their Chartership application to an Engineering Professional Body e.g. the IET. The position will involve designing airborne electronics for hardware fitted to Electric and Vertical Take-off and Landing Aircraft (EVTOL). Candidates graduating in 2025, as well as those who graduated in 2023 and 2024, will be considered. Responsibilities
Producing electronics hardware designs to satisfy project requirements Preparing design documentation, conducting design calculations, and maintaining concise engineering records Participating in reviews of their own work and of others Contributing to new design and modification of existing products Designing for and troubleshooting production and manufacturing processes Following company processes and producing work products in compliance with the Aerospace Standards DO-254 and DO-160 Qualifications
A minimum of a 2:1 (achieved or on track for) in Electronic & Electrical Engineering or any closely related degree. Essential skills

The ability to work closely with customers to ensure requirements are fully understood, and to demonstrate and explain project outputs. Experience
Knowledge of circuit simulation Hands-on experience with standard lab equipment e.g. Oscilloscopes Benefits
