Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

As a Sales Coordinator acting as a key point of contact for customers during their onboarding and throughout their stay at Scape. Your main responsibilities include: Sales Administration Administer key post-booking processes, including tenancy/license agreements, referencing, payments and replacements. Manage resident onboarding and deliver an exceptional experience for all customers. Ensure all file notes and records are accurately and promptly maintained. Support the overall efficiency of sales processes by adhering to company standards. Customer Support Ensure all customer communication is timely and in line with company standards. Act as a key point of contact to resolve customer queries during onboarding and pre-arrival. Respond to general enquiries from residents regarding sales processes via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Live Chat. Business Support Provide essential support to the Sales Executives during peak seasons. Assist the front-line team with inbound calls during busy periods. Collaborate with the wider team on various tasks, particularly during turnover periods and as required by the business. Key Skills and Attributes Organizational Skills:
