Clinical Case Manager – Complex or Catastrophic injury experience Central London/Greater London or surrounding - Remote and field based.

Overview of the role: Are you an experienced Clinical Case Manager, looking for a senior level role and more management responsibilities? Our client, who is an established yet ever-growing Case management and expert witness service provider, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Rehabilitation Case Manager to lead their London based Case Management team.

You will also manage a small caseload of your own to ensure that CPD is met for your HCPC and NMC Registration renewal. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of an efficient and high-quality clinical service to patients with complex care needs. You will be supporting both the Managing Director and senior management team with all case enquiries.

We are looking for someone with extensive case management experience to support in their ongoing staff development training, offering leadership for the southern region and field-based team members, with a mapped out progression path as our client grows. Location: Southeast, Central and Greater London region Up to £60,000-£65,000 depending on experience plus car allowance £4200 – high salary considered dependent on level of experience. Field based with travel requirements across the South region. Employment Type: Full-time Monday – Friday – Flexible hours for you to choose from, that work around you. Full time OR condensed hours available. Essential Criteria: Full driving licence with access to your own car or public transport links. Ability and commuting access to work across Central and Greater London. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in case management, specifically with catastrophically injured clients (including traumatic brain injury, birth-related injury, amputations, complex polytrauma, orthopaedic injury). Experience in overseeing complex care packages and case management rehabilitation. Excellent report writing and presentation skills. Outstanding client services skills. Role Overview: Managing a small team of Case Managers and maintaining your small fee-earning caseload of your own, to continue your own professional development, working with catastrophically injured clients in complex care requirements in brain injury and spinal injury. Your expertise will help to ensure that the clinical services offered are of the highest standard, contributing to the success of the company and the well-being of its clients. Key Responsibilities: Act as the clinical specialist in your area of knowledge, ensuring best practices are adhered to and developing staff members on conditions and package of care recommendations. Effectively manage and supervise the daily workload of a small team of Clinical Case Managers overseeing case loads of catastrophically injured clients. Ensure the clinical services and performance meet the highest standards across the company. Effective and timely communication of relevant clinical issues across the management and operational teams. Allocate cases and liaise with legal referrers and parties involved in the client cases. Supervise and monitor the work of a small team of Case Managers. Support staff appraisals, identify knowledge gaps, and assist in training delivery, coaching, and mentoring. Participate in the recruitment and selection process of new Case Managers and support business growth, developing and mentoring your team.
