Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : Develop a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with organisational goals, partnering with executives to identify hiring needs. Operational Excellence : Streamline recruitment processes, oversee executive hiring, and drive adoption of technology to enhance efficiency and the candidate experience. Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted adviser to enhance community engagement and diversity initiatives. Team Enablement : Mentor HR professionals and foster collaboration between teams to ensure consistency and best practices. Change Management : Lead recruitment improvements while balancing immediate needs and long-term goals. Qualifications & Experience : Proven experience in leading recruitment functions in complex, multi-entity organisations. Expertise in volume recruitment and executive hiring. Hands-on experience in process improvement and technology implementation. Open on sector background but important to have experience working in an organisation with multiple business units or divisions.
