Overview : An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as the Head of Talent Acquisition, where you will lead and transform recruitment processes across the head office and multiple entities within the organisation. This pivotal role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to enhance talent pipelines and implement scalable systems to support growth. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : Develop a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with organisational goals, partnering with executives to identify hiring needs. Operational Excellence : Streamline recruitment processes, oversee executive hiring, and drive adoption of technology to enhance efficiency and the candidate experience. Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted adviser to enhance community engagement and diversity initiatives. Team Enablement : Mentor HR professionals and foster collaboration between teams to ensure consistency and best practices. Change Management : Lead recruitment improvements while balancing immediate needs and long-term goals. Qualifications & Experience : Proven experience in leading recruitment functions in complex, multi-entity organisations. Expertise in volume recruitment and executive hiring. Hands-on experience in process improvement and technology implementation. Open on sector background but important to have experience working in an organisation with multiple business units or divisions.
