Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret schematics. As a welder, you will assemble, install, and maintain piping systems in various settings. Your expertise in soldering, plumbing, and welding will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and safely.
Duties: Clad the top of a building 80mm thick at 4.5 meters high Butt welds & Fillet Welds Welding heavy steel
Experience: Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical drawings is essential. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment is required. Basic maths skills are necessary for accurate measurements and calculations. NEED a CSCS card.
Benefits: £350 a day CIS 3/4 weeks work NO congestion charges All weld plants provided including wires etc. Free coding for S460 material Everything will be pre-fabricated and ready to weld
