Collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are delivered. Proactively working with customers to deliver solutions that improve their business operations. Providing regular updates on activities completed, opportunities identified, and business secured. Reporting on competitor activities. Overseeing site trials and carrying out ongoing customer site assessments. To apply you should have a proven track record of field sales success within the building products industry. Any knowledge of ready mix, precast, screeds, concrete, cement, aggregates, or mortars would be an advantage but is not essential. You will be looking to move from commodity sales into technical sales or already in technical sales but looking to join a great brand that has product evolution and responsible manufacturing at the forefront of their output. Applicants should have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of decision-makers and be enthusiastic with strong organisational skills. UK travel may be necessary for trade shows and industry events; therefore, the role may require an occasional overnight stay. On offer is a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 plus bonus, hybrid Audi car or similar, 23 days plus bank holidays, pension, and private healthcare.
