The day-to-day responsibilities include: Diagnosing and repairing faults on factory machinery Performing regular maintenance and cleaning Supporting the Maintenance Manager with the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and other structures Keeping the maintenance workshop clean and safe Maintaining records of work completed Undertaking any training required to develop your skills further This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background in manufacturing, looking for a stable, long-term position where you can develop your skills in a high-quality manufacturing environment and progress with the growing company.
