Senior Construction Manager . You will be leading the delivery of an extraordinary Grade 1 listed restoration project in Surrey, UK. The Role As the Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, coordination, and successful delivery of all on-site construction activities. Your primary focus will be ensuring the seamless integration of procurement, programming, design management, health and safety, and site works. This pivotal role will require: Strategic planning and methodology development

to deliver high-quality construction works. Coordination of complex works , integrating with the client, design teams, and contractors. Producing

detailed programmes and progress reports , ensuring transparency and precision in all monthly reporting. A hands-on approach to managing the project team, contractors, and stakeholders. About You To excel in this role, you will have: Proven experience working on heritage or Grade 1 listed projects , with a deep understanding of the complexities involved. Degree-level education and professional qualifications

relevant to construction management. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. A track record of successfully

programming and coordinating detailed construction activities

on challenging, high-profile projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the construction management team, ensuring delivery excellence. Oversee procurement, programming, and health & safety compliance. Work closely with the client, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of the works. Prepare and present detailed reports and updates to stakeholders. Drive the successful completion of the project while upholding its heritage integrity. The Package Salary:

£90,000-£100,000

(dependent on experience). Opportunity to work on a prestigious and iconic heritage project. A chance to lead and shape the construction of a landmark restoration.
