As a key part of the Digital Healthcare Development Team, you will work in collaboration with teams across UK business units and support functions to deliver digital innovations and improvements for how customers access digital healthcare and onward care. You will strongly focus on ensuring that healthcare becomes more accessible and affordable and create differentiation for Bupa through Connected Care compared to its competitors. You’ll help us make health happen by:

Leading and managing delivery of a number of existing digital healthcare initiatives to monitor and optimise performance and outcomes. Helping create an excellent app and digital experience that meets both business needs and the needs of customers during key points along their health journey. Implementing the short and longer-term strategic roadmap to improve and innovate the digital healthcare that is delivered to our customers through Bupa’s own digital delivery teams and external partners. Working closely with Transformation & IT teams to facilitate the successful delivery of allocated digital healthcare developments in line with specification and performance standards. As a business lead, supporting the delivery vehicles (such as agile release train) that will optimise productivity and speed to market. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

Be a passionate customer champion, designing and delivering excellent customer-focussed digital services. Experienced in working with key stakeholders including digital architects to design and deliver solutions to meet business needs and solve user problems. Strong understanding of healthcare improvement and be able to innovate and independently make the right trade-offs that deliver the best customer experience. Strong analytical skills and strong understanding of customer behaviour, market trends and competitor landscape. Experience of working with varied methodologies for IT and digital delivery, including Agile, and a strong track record of delivery. Benefits
