This position offers an opportunity for a skilled and experienced

ServiceNow Integration and Configuration Technical Engineer

to contribute to the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. The focus will be on

Customer Service Management (CSM)

and

ITIL workflows , ensuring solutions align with business requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration, with expertise in system integration and automation. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Recent experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, with a focus on CSM and ITIL workflows. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification. In-depth understanding of ServiceNow CSM, ITIL, and ITOM modules. Expertise in ServiceNow integration tools (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, etc.). Experience with orchestration, automation, and tools like XML, JSON, and web services. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management. Analytical skills to design scalable solutions for repetitive tasks. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with adaptability to changing priorities. Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow assessment techniques. Experience mentoring and developing technical skills within a team. Chartered membership of a relevant professional institution. Strong networking skills within the ServiceNow and ITIL communities. Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Implementation & Configuration Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow solutions, particularly focusing on CSM and ITIL workflows, to meet business requirements. Integration Management Lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, third-party tools) to enable seamless data flow and process automation. Solution Design Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, efficient, and user-focused technical solutions. Workflow Optimization Configure and refine workflows, business rules, notifications, and UI elements to streamline IT and business processes. ITIL Implementation Apply ITIL best practices to incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring full integration and optimization within ServiceNow. Customization & Scripting Develop custom applications, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies to extend and enhance ServiceNow's functionality. Testing & Quality Assurance Conduct thorough testing of implementations, integrations, and customizations to ensure security, accuracy, and quality. Support & Troubleshooting Provide technical support and issue resolution, serving as an escalation point for advanced ServiceNow-related concerns. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and integrations. Share knowledge with internal teams to enable ongoing support and development. Adherence to Best Practices Ensure all ServiceNow configurations and integrations follow best practices, guidelines, and security protocols.
