Accounting for and managing Technicians' time when working on jobs. Ensuring Job Card write-up compliance with regards to OEM Warranty Procedures. Managing and improving workshop Productivity and Efficiency by allocating the correct jobs to the correctly skilled technician. Identifying Technician Training Needs. What do you need to succeed as a Workshop Supervisor?
Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry. An excellent understanding of systems and processes operated within this environment. A strong knowledge of Health and Safety. Confident in dealing with people at all levels and able to build an immediate rapport. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Comfortable in negotiating and influencing situations.
