Hobson Prior is seeking an experienced Lab Technician to join a dedicated team. This role will focus on providing care for animals and supporting research activities. This position requires attention to detail and a passion for animal welfare. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. Responsibilities: Take care of animals by following guidelines and procedures. Manage supplies needed for research. Keep track of animal numbers and update their information. Help with animal grooming and perform basic health checks. Ensure animals have a stimulating environment. Check that equipment is working properly. Key Skills and Requirements: Proven experience working and handling animals in a lab environment is a necessity. Certification in animal care is a plus or willingness to obtain it. Good communication and ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong team player with ability to work independently if required. Valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is preferred.
