As a Nursery Room Leader, you will: Lead and manage the nursery room, ensuring high standards of care and education. Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities. Monitor and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and carers. Support and mentor nursery staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications/requirements: Minimum of a Level 3 Early Years qualification. Proven experience working with young children in a childcare setting. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the development of young children.
