Are you an experienced HR Advisor, immediately available, and looking for a rewarding part-time, temporary opportunity?

We are working on behalf of our client to find a proactive, friendly HR Advisor to join their team on a part-time, temporary basis for one month, with the possibility of an extension. If you have generalist HR experience and want to be part of a collaborative, supportive HR team that makes a positive impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! The role will allow you to bring your expertise to the table and play a key part in the HR operations of a dynamic organisation.

What will you be doing?

Supporting the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire the best talent for the business. Ensuring statutory employment checks are carried out in full, maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation. Drafting and issuing offer letters, contracts, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed for new starters. Facilitating staff inductions, ensuring new employees feel welcomed, informed, and integrated into the organisation from day one. Assisting with attendance management, closely monitoring absence, and participating in meetings with managers to address any attendance issues. Liaising with Occupational Health to make referrals and completing risk assessments where necessary to ensure the wellbeing of staff. Using HR systems to accurately record and monitor employee information, ensuring all data is up to date and properly managed. What we're looking for:

A strong background in generalist HR, with practical experience across recruitment, employee onboarding, and absence management. Familiarity with HR systems and the ability to efficiently manage and maintain accurate employee records. An organised, approachable, and professional individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands. Someone who is available immediately and keen to support the HR team on a part-time, temporary basis for at least one month, with the possibility of extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative environment where your contribution is valued. If you're available and looking for a flexible, part-time role in HR, we'd love to hear from you.
