What we are looking for: We are recruiting for a full-time Bodyshop Administrator at our prestige repair facility in Glinton. We offer fantastic working conditions and hold manufacturer approvals for some leading brands including BMW Group and Volkswagen Group. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, able to work under pressure, have good admin skills, be a good communicator and be able to consistently deliver exceptional customer service. Previous Bodyshop experience would be preferred, but it is not essential. The Bodyshop Administrators tasks will include the following. Meeting and greeting customers. Checking in customers and their vehicles. Completing pre-repair check-in sheets with customers. Checking courtesy cars in and out. Incoming phone calls. Outgoing phone calls including regular customer repair updates. Processing work instructions from work providers. Booking in customers and setting up job packs. Invoicing and debt chasing. Liaison with internal and external customers and suppliers. Liaison with Sales Department and administration of internal sales prep work. Management of CSI and Repair Guarantees in line with brand requirements. Other requirements A full driving licence is essential The successful candidate will be professional, hardworking, able to use their own initiative, work alone and as part of a team, be highly organized and able to consistently deliver fantastic customer service. Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 Salary:
