This established Legal 500 law firm in Dorset is looking to appoint a Corporate & Commercial Associate Solicitor for its growing department. You will need 4+ years’ post qualification experience and be able to run your own caseload with minimal supervision, as this is a critical hire.
As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor in this successful team, you will have the opportunity to business develop in order to build up your own caseload. You must demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise on a range of corporate and commercial work, including:
Commercial contracts
M&A
Company and business sales
Company restructures
Joint ventures
IP
Refinancing
Cross-border transactions
The firm provides comprehensive corporate and commercial services to businesses of all sizes, including new business start-ups, SMEs, large national and international organisations, FTSE 100 companies, and some charitable organisations.
