About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a 4-bed children's home in Harlow. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations. Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the needs of each young person. Provide strong leadership to a team of care professionals, including recruitment, training, and ongoing development. Promote a positive, safe, and supportive environment for staff and residents. Work closely with families, social workers, and external agencies to ensure a collaborative approach to care. Oversee budgets, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient running of the home. What We're Looking For: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to complete). Proven experience in managing a children's residential care home. Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and a track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people. What We Offer: Competitive salary of up to £55,000.
