You will be expected to work on a rotational shift pattern to ensure we provide 24-hour senior nurse cover to the department. As part of your role, you will support the Matrons in meeting the national 4-hour targets and ambulance turnaround times while providing a good quality patient experience and excellent patient care.
The workload throughout the department is very varied and interesting, with no two days being the same. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a high sense of professionalism, and a strong belief in the value of teamwork.
