Our Operations Team provides a high-level service to Academic and Charity clients to support them in their vital work around the globe. We are currently recruiting for German-speakers to join the team and are interested in applications from experienced Business Travel Consultants as well as candidates who are interested in learning the role. You will receive comprehensive training covering all elements of the role, including our reservations systems and processes. In return, you will receive some fantastic benefits: An attractive salary between £29k and £34k (dependent on experience), plus OTE bonus (uncapped, linked to performance) 31.5 days holiday (including bank holidays) rising to 32.5 days after 1 year of service Option to buy or sell additional annual leave Opportunity for a combination of office and home working Employee Assistance Program Healthcare Cash Plan Excellent opportunities for progression Discounted staff travel Pension Life Assurance Season ticket loan Cycle to Work Scheme Job Requirements Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential Tourismuskaufmann/-frau - 3 years (desirable not essential) A passion for travel with demonstrable energy and self-motivation Experience dealing with high volumes of email and call requests processing complex travel bookings Previous experience working as a Business Travel Consultant (desirable not essential) Experience of Nett fares, including air passes and RTW fares (desirable not essential) Good CRS knowledge - Galileo preferable but training can be given The ability to achieve individual and team targets If you are interested in the German Business Travel Consultant role and meet the requirements outlined above, then please do get in touch. Hours of work are 8:45 am - 5:30 pm (1 week), 8:00 am - 4:45 pm (1 week), 7:00 am - 3:45 pm (1 week) Monday to Friday, and your rota will involve one weekend day every six weeks (with a day off in lieu midweek).
