Key purpose of the role is to be part of an established team of Building Surveyors covering all aspects of professional and project Building Surveying across the private and public sector. They will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for clients, and reinforcing the organisation's reputation as a service provider of choice. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Delivering projects, commissions, and professional assignments from inception to completion Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects Liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control Delivering all work output in an accurate and timely manner Representing the organisation in a professional and diligent manner, meeting and negotiating with clients to form strong working relationships The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require: BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or an equivalent construction-related qualification MRICS with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience The below skills would be beneficial for the role: Experience in residential and commercial property Strong IT skills including AutoCAD (not essential), NBS, MS Project, Outlook, Word, and Excel Well-developed skills in surveys, dilapidations, repairs, maintenance, and contract administration Excellent technical writing and communication skills Organised, proactive, and commercially astute approach The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such is offering
