On offer is the chance to step up into a management position with this rapidly growing company, where you will put your own stamp on the department, whilst being heavily invested in by the company. They are now looking for an enthusiastic individual to come in and help lead the team. This is a Monday to Friday days-based role, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Workshop, whilst also having a hands-on approach and assisting with the service and maintenance of equipment. The Role: Managing a small team of engineers. Responsible for day to day running of workshop. Further training and progression. The Person: Mechanical, Industrial Lift, Hoist, Plant or Heavy Engineering background. Looking to step up into a management position. Commutable to Rushden.
