Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Area Retention Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers who are approaching the end of their vehicle finance agreement and attempting to get them into another vehicle, ensuring they stay with the company. This position is offered on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. Experience Required:
While previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not essential. We welcome candidates who have a proven track record in customer-facing positions and are looking to transfer their skills to the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: Contacting customers approaching the end of their vehicle finance agreement to retain their business. Regular movements between multiple sites. Confirming appointments and coordinating with sales executives. Liaising with Divisional Renewal Manager, Sales Management, and sites on a daily basis. Participating in daily renewal team calls to review stats and appointment data. Daily reporting of activity and appointments made, adhering to targets set.
