Higher Level Teaching Assistant
5 hours per week – Worked over Wednesday and Friday pm Actual Salary £3,123
38 weeks per year Fixed term to 31.08.2025 initially with potential opportunity to extend What Will I Be Doing?
Enthusiastically preparing and delivering lessons to individuals, groups, and whole classes in the planned absence of the teacher; Collaborating with teaching staff and assisting in the whole curriculum planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources; Covers classes across the school; Showing a high degree of initiative and reacting to given situations with integrity and compassion; Inspiring and motivating children to enable them to be their best; Encouraging every child to learn, aspire, and achieve; Demonstrating enthusiasm, skill, and desire to make a difference. What Kind of Experience or Qualifications Do I Need?
