We are seeking a highly experienced freelance Quantity Surveyor to join the offsite manufacturing division of a leading residential developer in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative environment as part of an established team.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
* Support the offsite manufacturing division by managing and placing orders efficiently.
* Ensure cost control, procurement, and contract management are executed to the highest standards.
* Collaborate with the existing team to deliver smooth and timely procurement processes.
* Leverage experience in modular construction (advantageous but not essential).
About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Be a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record in residential development or manufacturing.
* Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, ensuring successful collaboration with all stakeholders.
* Bring experience in modular construction or offsite manufacturing (preferred, but not mandatory).
