I'm Looking for a Systems Administrator Are you someone who thrives on optimising systems and streamlining processes? I'm seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Low Code/No Code Systems Administrator to help manage and enhance our critical platforms, including (url removed), Power BI Pro, Mailchimp, and Slack. In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of improving workflows, automating processes, and ensuring seamless integrations between key tools. You'll also play a key role in supporting and training colleagues, creating easy-to-follow training materials, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across the organisation. What You'll Do:

Systems Administration & Support:

You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimising our systems, including (url removed), ensuring they meet our business needs. Troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements will be a regular part of your day. Integration & Automation:

You'll oversee integrations between important business tools like Power BI Pro, Mailchimp, and Slack, ensuring they work seamlessly together to improve efficiency. Stakeholder Training & Support:

As the go-to expert for system-related questions, you'll help our team maximise the potential of these tools. You'll create and deliver engaging training sessions, develop helpful guides, and provide hands-on support whenever needed. Data Management & Reporting:

You'll ensure the integrity of our data across systems, create reporting dashboards, and monitor system performance to spot opportunities for improvement. What I'm Looking For:

Experience with systems like (url removed), Power BI Pro, Mailchimp, and Slack. A solid understanding of system integration, workflow optimisation, and operational logics. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively while knowing when to escalate issues. Clear communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience creating training materials and a proactive approach to gathering feedback and improving user experience. Bonus Points For:

Familiarity with CRM platforms, document management systems, or ticketing tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk. Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms to automate and optimise processes. What You'll Get:
