Office Coordinator South Yorkshire’s Community Foundation Location: The Campus, Pack Horse Lane, High Green, Sheffield, S35 3HY

Salary: £20,800 pro rata (£26,000 per annum FTE) Hours: 30 hours a week We are recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Office Coordinator with outstanding organisational and communication skills and a proven track record in administration. Ideal candidates will have experience of working with IT systems and databases, charity governance, and meetings management, combined with excellent time-management skills. Key Responsibilities: Office supervision Responsibility for health and safety Handling enquiries from community groups, donors, funders, and other partners HR administration Quality assurance Supporting the Chief Executive to arrange and facilitate trustee meetings Assisting SYCF’s Finance Manager with basic financial tasks Working pattern over the working week to include Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays; other hours/working days to be agreed.
