The Role Test and Quality Assurance Analyst RCN UK HQ (London) with hybrid working, 35 hours, Fixed Term Contract until 31/12/25 £36,705 – £41,466 salary range per annum. The Person As a Test and Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of Power Platform and F&O, and your ability to deliver the testing of our new Finance platform. Working with the Test Manager and the existing Test Team, you will shape how and what we will test. You will need to use your communication skills to keep all stakeholders up to date on your progress and any issues that exist. You will work with the business to perform business testing. It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from refining requirements to helping the business test the new system and working with 3rd parties to deliver our new platform. We'll look to you to lead on the day-to-day testing of our new HR & Finance platform. It's a great way to build your knowledge of our work and develop your potential. You will also need great communication skills and ideally, experience testing in a relevant area such as Power Platform (F&O) or HR or Finance. Our hybrid working model allows for up to 60% of your working time to be carried out from home. At least 40% of your working time will be spent working in person.
