About the Role: As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the company. You will oversee all aspects of the finance function, including financial planning and analysis, management accounting, treasury, and financial reporting. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement short-term and long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Prepare and analyse financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Conduct financial modelling and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making. Financial Operations:

Oversee all aspects of the finance function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and treasury. Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders. Risk Management & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including VAT, payroll, and corporate tax. Identify and mitigate financial risks. Oversee internal controls and financial audits. Business Partnerships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and investors. Provide financial support and guidance to other departments within the company. System & Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement and maintain an effective system of internal controls. Key Skills & Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a proven track record of success in a senior finance role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex financial data and draw insightful conclusions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences. Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of business drivers and their impact on financial performance. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally within the events or hospitality industry. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. Why Join This Company?
