Head of Logistics , you’ll lead our logistics strategy across the supply chain, overseeing everything around warehouse operations with huge scope for growth as we look to optimise our freight. You’ll drive process improvements, optimise costs, and ensure our products reach customers on time, every time. This is a key role where you’ll collaborate with various teams, including Operations, Growth, Customer Wellbeing, and Finance, to create a smooth and cost-efficient logistics function that supports our growing platform. If you’re passionate about logistics, driven by data, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is the perfect opportunity to have a direct impact on Healf’s continued success. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Optimise Logistics Operations: Oversee all logistics functions, including warehousing, stock control, order fulfilment, and shipping. Get hands-on with day-to-day issues and improvements, driving efficiency in the logistics process. Cost and Efficiency Optimisation: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives. Optimise carrier choices and warehouse operations to reduce costs without compromising quality. Monitor and control all logistics-related expenditures, including shipping, warehousing, and inventory costs. Strategic Planning and KPI Management: Develop and execute the logistics strategy to align with Healf’s broader business objectives. Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance to achieve targets. Identify potential risks within the logistics supply chain, including disruptions, delays, or compliance issues. Use data insights to forecast demand, plan stock holding levels, and predict logistics bottlenecks. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Identify opportunities to implement new technologies or systems that can improve logistics efficiency. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience (4 years or more) in logistics and supply chain management, ideally within fast-growing, high-volume environments. A hands-on leader who is equally comfortable with the big picture and the nitty-gritty details of day-to-day logistics operations. A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of cost management and logistics optimisation. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to improve performance. Expertise in technology-driven logistics solutions and process automation. What We Offer
