Your Responsibilities as Store Manager:
Lead the Cheapside store to deliver an exceptional customer experience, reflecting John Henric's values and premium reputation. Drive sales and ensure the store achieves its financial targets. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team passionate about the brand and customer service. Ensure the store meets brand standards and adheres to health and safety guidelines. Analyze trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Be the face of the business, actively engaging with customers and team members alike.
Who You Are: Proven experience as a Manager in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. A hands-on leader who thrives on the shop floor and inspires their team. Excellent operational, planning, and organizational skills. Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow with us. A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a drive for success.
