As Head of Marketing, you will: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals to deliver results that align with organisational objectives. Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy to secure and grow brand position across multiple member segments. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all marketing matters, ensuring the organisation's brand remains consistent, protected, and impactful. Collaborate with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver high-quality marketing collateral, publications, and campaigns. Oversee the digital marketing function, working closely with IT to deliver a world-class digital experience. Manage budgets effectively to balance cost-efficiency with innovation. About You
To excel in this role, you will have: Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership position, ideally within a regulated or highly specialised sector. Familiarity with medico-legal concepts and experience in the healthcare sector is essential. A proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels, with measurable results. Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience inspiring teams to achieve their potential. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with executive teams, board members, and external partners. A deep understanding of brand development and positioning in a competitive market. A degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required. Seniority level
