This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the maintenance management of a high-profile commercial maintenance contract located in the very heart of Victoria, a five-minute walk close to Victoria Station.

You will be joining an existing maintenance contract with a service provider where the previous Engineer has gained great experience and has taken a promotion and is ready to move on to a new project.

Become the HV AP for the site

Our client is prepared to pay for the training for you to become the HV approved person on site.

Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Lead Engineer

Managing your own activities with regard to on-site maintenance tasks Development and Management of the PPM regime and O&M manuals Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld Managing the interface between visiting contractors and the engineering services Providing in-depth technical support to the occupants and landlord Willing to undertake training to become the Approved Person on Electrical systems

About You as the Electrical Maintenance Lead Engineer

Electrical Qualified Engineer, ideally apprentice trained Electrical biased with Multi-Skilled experience Steady and progressive work history Experienced in leading or Supervising large scale building services applications Desire to progress in your career

This is a very busy commercial office facility, there is a very engaged client and the engineering team put in place have a very good relationship with the occupants of the building with full management backup and administrative support.

The hours are 08:00 - 17:00.

There is a lot of opportunity for overtime.

From an engineering perspective, this building and environment throw up a lot of challenges and diversity of situations that have to be resolved and offers a very rewarding career path.
