public sector experience with the below skill set. Skills: We're seeking an experienced to join a transformative government programme focused on delivering essential public services. You'll play a crucial role in designing end-to-end services that meet user needs while working within complex policy environments. Key Responsibilities: Service design activities across complex user journeys, ensuring services are accessible, inclusive, and meet the needs of diverse user groups Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement user-centered services that work across multiple channels (digital, telephone, and face-to-face) Map end-to-end user journeys and identify opportunities for service improvement Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with users, stakeholders, and delivery teams Create service blueprints, user journeys, and other design artifacts that clearly communicate service concepts Essential Experience: Proven experience as a Service Designer, particularly in complex public sector environments Track record of designing accessible and inclusive services for diverse user groups Experience working with vulnerable users and designing services that meet their specific needs Understanding of government design principles and service standards Experience working in agile delivery teams Knowledge of service design methodologies and tools
