Are you an experienced Hardware Developer looking for an opportunity to work on innovative, high-performance technology? We are seeking a hands-on, passionate engineer to join a dynamic development team, working on advanced FPGA-based systems, high-speed digital design, and multi-layer PCB layouts.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be involved in the full development lifecycle, from concept to production, working with some of the largest and most advanced hardware available. You'll collaborate closely with embedded firmware and FPGA developers, guiding products through manufacturing, compliance, and debugging processes.

Key Responsibilities Designing and developing electronics hardware from schematic to PCB layout and manufacture. Collaborating with external manufacturers to build prototypes and optimize production processes. Supporting regulatory compliance and investigating manufacturing or technical support issues. Leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.

What We're Looking For 4-5 years of industry experience in electronics engineering. Proven schematic design and PCB layout experience (6+ layer boards, BGA devices preferred). Strong FPGA and processor system design knowledge. Practical experience in hardware testing, debugging, and EMC compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in taking products from concept to volume manufacturing. Electronics Engineering degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent professional experience.

Bonus Skills (Desirable, but not required) High-speed digital design and signal integrity simulation. DDR memory system design and multi-gigabit serial interfaces. Experience with OrCAD, XJTAG, or Cadence/Zuken PCB design software. Interest in audio, video, or lighting for live entertainment.
