Job Description
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy
Oversee all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organisation
Implement systems and processes to maintain robust financial control
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues
Liaise with stakeholders and partners for financial planning and budgeting
Assist in formulating the company's future direction and support tactical initiatives
Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
Develop financial and tax strategies
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Finance Director' should have:
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
A professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
Experience in a strategic financial role within the property industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive financial strategy
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
A proven track record of managing a finance team
