Executive Assistant to the CEO London - Hybrid Salary up to 50k pa + benefits

CPS Group are working with a leading Tech Consultancy based in London who have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO.

Providing a high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, and operational tasks.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle complex, high-pressure situations while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans. Prepare, review, and refine reports, presentations, and meeting documents. Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-ups, ensuring timely distribution of materials. Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders, fostering effective communication. Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, covering flights, accommodations, and transportation. Plan and execute company events, executive retreats, and special engagements. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide strategic support and act as a trusted advisor to the executive team. Track and oversee executive-led projects, ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.

Skills / Experience:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite level ideally. Outstanding organization and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in IT systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Expertise within PowerPoint. Skilled in maintaining a balance between assertiveness and diplomacy. Proactive in identifying and resolving challenges efficiently.
