Infrastructure Data Engineer Join the high-impact Infrastructure Data Engineering team building a cutting-edge platform to unlock insights into firm assets, cost drivers, and fragmentation. As a pivotal member of the team, you'll play a key role in tying together disparate datasets, collaborating with stakeholders across the Technology organization, and delivering valuable insights that will drive strategic decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of how we leverage data at the firm, with future intersection and integration with our core AI platform. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of the Asset Catalog project in collaboration with the Infrastructure Data Engineering team Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated Tableau dashboards to support data-driven decision making Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable visualizations and insights Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored analytical solutions Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner Continuously optimize and enhance existing dashboards and reports Support data engineering initiatives as needed Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and advanced visualizations Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and manipulate large datasets Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into technical requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
