Requirements:
5-7 years of engineering experience, ideally in automotive, motorsport, or related sectors. 2+ years of leadership experience in a technical environment. Strong system-level thinking with expertise in at least one engineering discipline. Proven track record in technical decision-making and innovation. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
