As a

Software Development Manager , you will lead projects and drive innovation in automotive and motorsport industries. Reporting to the Engineering Director, this role requires strong technical leadership and project management skills. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering projects across hardware, electronics, firmware, and software disciplines. Facilitate complex technical discussions and drive R&D initiatives. Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. Manage project schedules, risks, and resource allocation. Mentor engineering teams and promote technical excellence. Requirements:

5-7 years of engineering experience, ideally in automotive, motorsport, or related sectors. 2+ years of leadership experience in a technical environment. Strong system-level thinking with expertise in at least one engineering discipline. Proven track record in technical decision-making and innovation. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Expertise in Embedded C++, Automotive software development, and electronics. Benefits:
