We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Delivery and Quality Manager to join our client's team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing high-value contracts, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards.
Key Details: Temporary role for four months Full-time, 35 hours per week Rates: £27.76 ph PAYE / £34.95 ph Umbrella
Your Role: Manage contracts for mechanical and electrical services, responsive repairs, and planned maintenance. Ensure high-quality service delivery, cost control, and compliance with statutory regulations. Conduct site inspections, work valuations, and ensure programmes are delivered on time and within budget. Provide technical advice and guidance to teams, stakeholders, and contractors. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to optimise outcomes.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in contract management within the housing or property sector. Strong knowledge of building maintenance techniques, construction, and health and safety regulations. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to lead on procurement, budgeting, and performance monitoring. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
